BJ

Office Manager

Bj has been in the dental field for 30 years. She has been with Dr Webster as his Office Manager since the practice opened ! 

Bj is married to her husband of 32 years. She has three beautiful children who she adores. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching a good flyers game and spending time with her adorable kittens ! 

Erin

Dental Coordinator

Erin has been in the dental field for 16 years. She graduated from POLYTECH High School in 2005 with her technical degree in Dental Assisting. During this program,she also obtained her Delaware Dental Radiology certification. In 2004 Erin started in the practice as a dental assistant.  Erin was always crossed trained to assist and being a receptionist , which is now where she is full time excelling  in coordinating treatment , upcoming appointments and helping the patients any way she can. She loves to be the patients first "hello, how are you"  and their last - "Have a great day!" 

Erin is married to her husband and has a beautiful daughter who is the center of her world. She enjoys camping when she can and doing anything outdoors including hunting, walking trails and relaxing on the beach !

Janett

Administrative Assistant

Janett graduated from Freehold Boro High school in new jersey in 2001. Married into the military for 10 years, which moved her to California and now Delaware. Janett has been with our practice for 3 years as an administrative assistant where she handles everything from welcoming you to the office, handing scheduling, insurance, billing and much more. Janett strives to give our patients and their families the best customer service and experience when you come to our office. She is knowledgeable on military life style which is a big help to the practice.

Janett in now in a happy relationship with her other half where they share 3 boys and a daughter. Janett is all about her kids and making sure they are successful. In her spare time Janett loves to spend time with her family. She also loves to dance and do crafty projects 

Shannon

Dental Hygienist

​Shannon has been in the dental field since 1990. She started as a dental assistant/receptionist. She than attended Delaware Technical and Community College, graduating in 1997 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a dental hygienist at Dr. Webster's practice for 21 years, since he opened the practice.

​​Shannon is a fifth generation Delaware native. Born and raised in Milford, DE. She still lives there with her daughter, Macey. Most of Shannon's free time is spent at the softball field watching Macey play the game she loves. Summer is her favorite season and she prefers to be at the beach or relaxing at the pool. 

Anna

Dental Hygienist

Anna Has been a member of the Webster Dental Family for 20 years now. A graduate from Symrna High in 1994, she later earned her RDH degree in 2001 from Delaware Tech. Having been at Webster Dental for so long truly fills Anna with pride. She enjoys knowing her patients so well and looks forward to their bi-annual visits. Being a dental hygeinst isn't just about cleaning patients teeth. It's about helping them feel the best about their smile. Anna also helps to run the Webster Cosmetic and Family Dental Facebook page.

During Anna's free time , she enjoys being in the sunshine, camping and walking in the woods. 

Angie

Dental Hygienist

Angie started her dental career as a dental assistant in 1999. Shortly after, she attended Delaware Technical and Community College to peruse her hygiene degree. Angie graduated in 2004. Also, in 2004 is when Angie joined Dr Webster's dental practice as a Dental Hygienist.

Angie has two daughters and two dogs that she enjoys spending time with. In her spare time, Angie likes to travel and spend time at the beach !

Stacie

Dental Assistant

Stacie, although was born in Delaware, she ventured off to sunny Sarasota, Florida for several years where she started her dental assisting career and received her certification in Expanded Duties of Dental Auxiliary Personnel. In 2003, she moved back to Delaware and joined Webster Cosmetic and Family Dentistry team as a dental assistant. She strives to make her patients feel comfortable to ensure a positive dental experience.

In Stacie's spare time, she loves spending time with her husband of 17 years and going to her two children's sporting events and the beach ! 

Lexi

Dental Assistant

Lexi graduated from Lake Forest High School in 2018. She has been in the dental field as a Dental assistant for 2 years. Lexi has such a passion for her patients to ensure nothing less of a great dental experience in a place that most are nervous being !

In Lexi down time she enjoys camping with her family and going to the beach. 

Kailynn

Dental Assistant

Kailynn has been in the dental field for 2 years. She graduated Poiytech High School in 2020 with her Dental Assisting Technical Degree along with her Delaware Radiology Certification. Kalynn enjoys being a dental assisting striving to bring the best professionalism treatment to the patients along with her friendly smile behind the mask !

Kailynn love to spend her free time at the beach !  Also, spending quality time with her family and friends are very important to her. 

Sydney

Dental Coordinator

Sydney graduated from Lake Forest High School in 2018. She has been in the dental field for a year now. She started as a dental assistant where She enjoys helping patients first hand. Now she has joined the the front desk where she would gladly help you with any of your dental needs such as coordinating appointment to insurance !

Sydney enjoys to spend time at home with her growing family ! 

Bridget

Dental Assistant

Bridget has been a dental assistant for 1 year. She is a graduate of Milford High School and continuing education from Sussex Tech. Bridget is a certified medical assistant as well.

Bridget in her free time loves going to the beach and spending time with her family !
